Ohio Licensed RN Care Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN, Care Management Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise care management functions and daily operations
- Mentor and educate associates, including onboarding new staff
- Monitor staff performance and assist with case assignments and scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as an RN, with at least 1 year in Care Management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
