Ohio Licensed RN Supervisor

Job Summary

To oversee multiple clinical operations within the Patient Contact Center, the full-time Ohio Licensed RN Supervisor will manage staffing, ensure competency of clinical staff, and participate in budget planning while working onsite during evening shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains staffing and call schedules for the Patient Advisory Nurse call center
• Recommends personnel actions, including hiring and performance evaluations, while ensuring staff training and competency
• Participates in budget development and monitors fiscal performance, assisting with policy and procedure reviews

Required qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in nursing management or supervisory roles
• National Nursing Certification within three years of hire
• Ability to work evening shifts and participate in on-call rotations
