Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer

Job Summary

Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer, this full-time position involves performing engineering design tasks for roadway projects, developing specifications and cost estimates, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects from preliminary to final design
• Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages
• Coordinate design activities and meetings between design staff, subcontractors, and client managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
• P.E. license required, Ohio PE preferred
• 10 to 20 years of progressive engineering experience in transportation and roadway design
• 5 years of project management experience preferred
• Experience working on DOT design projects is required
