Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support and grow the Transportation Practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer will perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects, develop specifications and cost estimates, and mentor junior engineers, with the flexibility to work remotely within Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects from preliminary to final design
• Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages
• Mentor and assist junior engineers in developing final design plans and coordinating design activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
• P.E. license required; Ohio PE is preferred
• 10 to 20 years of progressive engineering experience in transportation and roadway design
