Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Transportation Practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer will perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects, develop specifications and cost estimates, and mentor junior engineers, with the option for remote work available for candidates located in Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects from preliminary to final design
- Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages
- Coordinate design activities and meetings between design staff, subcontractors, and client managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
- P.E. license required, with Ohio PE preferred
- 10 to 20 years of progressive engineering experience in transportation and roadway design
