Ohio Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and renewal strategies, including submissions and marketing
• Handle day-to-day client service tasks, including issuing certificates and processing audits
• Maintain relationships with carriers and wholesalers to ensure optimal market placements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
• Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business
• Understanding of agency processes and procedures
• Strong understanding of Agency Management systems
• Hold or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses
