Ohio Licensed Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise-level clients, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Senior Network Engineer will manage 24/7 operational support and optimization of Prisma SASE solutions, including troubleshooting complex issues and leading high-severity incident responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as a Tier 3 escalation engineer for Prisma SASE, resolving complex issues across Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access
- Lead support efforts for Prisma SASE architectures, managing the full service lifecycle from customer onboarding to platform upgrades
- Support advanced routing implementations and ensure optimized hybrid and cloud connectivity for clients
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
- Proficiency with Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access, along with strong understanding of cloud security architectures
- Advanced knowledge of BGP and OSPF, with experience in WAN and routing fundamentals
- Palo Alto Networks Certified SD-WAN Engineer and Certified Security Service Edge Engineer required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
