Job Summary
Coordinating all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Senior Pharmacist will manage medication order approval and distribution, supervise pharmacy staff and students, and provide drug information resources to healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Approve new drug orders and verify chemotherapy notes and informed consent
- Screen for drug interactions and ensure appropriate medication regimens for diverse patient populations
- Supervise Pharm.D. students and provide educational programs for hospital staff
Required qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in Ohio
- Advanced degree (Pharm.D. or MS) preferred
- One year of residency training and/or equivalent experience preferred
