Job Summary

Overseeing the development of energy projects, the full-time Ohio Licensed Senior Program Manager will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to business development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical projects, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Expand client accounts and prepare proposals for new energy projects
• Build and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and supporting staff development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/electrical engineering, environmental sciences, urban/regional planning, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in energy project development (natural gas, solar, wind, energy storage)
• Ohio Energy regulation experience
• Professional Engineering registration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of solar energy modeling tools (e.g., PVSyst, PVcase, PlantPredict)
