Ohio Licensed Senior Regulatory Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel to participate in regulatory proceedings and advocate for policies in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in proceedings before public utilities commissions
• Maintain compliance with relevant rules and regulations and draft sales contracts
• Research laws related to compliance and assist in evaluating legislation affecting the business

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
• 6+ years of legal experience with a preference for energy law experience
• Admission to practice law in Ohio
• Strong preference for experience with utilities commissions and regulatory bodies
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
