Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Senior Trial Attorney will manage moderately complex civil litigation, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and collaborate with colleagues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and established guidelines
• Lead discovery processes, draft legal documents, and represent clients in trials and mediations
• Analyze cases and develop strategies for optimal outcomes, including pursuing settlements

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Admitted to the Ohio State Bar
• Demonstrated litigation experience, including preparing civil pleadings and conducting depositions
• Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
• Understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility for the jurisdiction in which they practice
