Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Program Integrity who will oversee fraud, waste, and abuse investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investigative team efforts, ensuring thorough and timely investigations and collaboration with law enforcement
- Lead the team through investigative resolutions, corrective actions, and employee mentorship
- Drive improvements in department effectiveness and participate in regulatory audits and national conferences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Medical/Health Care Field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of investigative or healthcare experience
- Extensive experience in healthcare, legal, auditing, claims, and/or investigative services
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar are preferred
