Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Program Integrity who will oversee fraud, waste, and abuse investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investigative team efforts, ensuring thorough and timely investigations and collaboration with law enforcement
  • Lead the team through investigative resolutions, corrective actions, and employee mentorship
  • Drive improvements in department effectiveness and participate in regulatory audits and national conferences
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Medical/Health Care Field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of investigative or healthcare experience
  • Extensive experience in healthcare, legal, auditing, claims, and/or investigative services
  • Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
  • Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar are preferred
