Ohio Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering outpatient mental health services via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and appropriate licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
