Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will work remotely, managing client care and treatment planning while collaborating with a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth, focusing on treatment planning and client engagement
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth software and internal communications to ensure efficient service delivery

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active Ohio licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
