Ohio Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth software and technology for client communication and care delivery
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as an Ohio Licensed Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
