Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology to support mental health initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth software and communication tools to deliver services effectively
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and ensure patient safety

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and relevant licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
• Experience in treatment planning and client collaboration
