Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client treatment plans, conduct assessments, and utilize technology to deliver compassionate mental health care remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain client communication
• Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure effective care for patients across various demographics

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid Ohio licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
