Job Summary

To provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, the contract Associate Therapist will leverage their Ohio Licensed Social Worker credentials while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, supported by administrative assistance in scheduling and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on their mental health needs
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments
• Accrue clinical hours toward independent licensure while managing a diverse caseload through a robust referral network

Required qualifications

• Valid LSW license in good standing in Ohio
• Master's degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
• HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
