Ohio Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial report preparation
• Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with accrual and GAAP compliance
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
