Ohio Licensed Structural Engineer

Job Summary

To support a global professional services firm, the full-time Structural Engineer P.E. will perform structural calculations, assist in creating contract drawings, and maintain effective communication with clients and management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform calculations of structural systems, including hand calculations and 3D modeling analysis
• Assist in the creation of contract drawings by providing input to structural designers
• Maintain effective communication with department members, higher management, and clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems
• Demonstrated experience in the structural design of steel and concrete structures
• Advanced proficiency in STAAD Pro and working knowledge of Revit
