Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive high school counseling program aligned with Ohio graduation requirements
• Establish systems for graduation tracking, credit assignment, and student interventions
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of school counselors and student advisors

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in school counseling or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in an academic counseling role at the high school level
• 3+ years of management experience in a school counseling department
• Current resident of Ohio or willing to relocate
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
