Job Summary

Seeking an Ohio Licensed Surveyor, the part-time role will review mortgage surveys for compliance, verify survey data accuracy, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies while working remotely within Wickliffe, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze mortgage surveys to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey data, including boundaries and dimensions
• Prepare final reports summarizing survey findings and provide technical assistance to team members

Required Qualifications

• Ohio Licensed Surveyor
• Bachelor's degree in land surveying, geomatics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, including 2 years in mortgage survey review
• Proficiency with modern surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GPS, Total Stations)
• Strong understanding of land surveying principles and boundary law
