Job Summary
Dynamic and high-energy, the full-time Ohio Licensed Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level operational positions in a hybrid environment, collaborating with facility supervisors and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment and logistics roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to address immediate hiring needs and coordinate interview processes
- Actively source passive talent and streamline hiring workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Proven success in recruiting within Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics sectors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard sourcing tools
- Willingness to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at the New Albany facility
