Ohio Licensed Talent Selection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Selection Specialist to provide recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent
• Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles/responsibilities and control the hiring process
• Prepares candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the organization and job expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
• HR certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience is required
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting and applicable State and Federal employment laws is required
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required; ATS experience is preferred
