Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Selection Specialist to provide recruitment and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent
- Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles/responsibilities and control the hiring process
- Prepares candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the organization and job expectations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- HR certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting and applicable State and Federal employment laws is required
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required; ATS experience is preferred
