A company is looking for a Part-Time Tele Therapist with an Ohio LCSW License.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy to patients aged 13+ with various diagnoses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW
• Ohio license required
• Availability for 16 hours per week during EST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Must have passed the ASWB examination
