Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the part-time or full-time Ohio Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care via telehealth while enjoying scheduling flexibility and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Manage a caseload of clients while receiving steady referrals to build practice quickly
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community focused on neurodiversity-affirming care

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
