Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with an Ohio License.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while promoting preventative care and overall well-being
Required Qualifications
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in women's health
- Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
- Active state license in Ohio and at least one additional state license
- Experience in telemedicine is a plus
