Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Ohio Licensed Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) to deliver remote patient care throughout Ohio, focusing on hormone optimization, medical weight management, and preventive healthcare for a balanced patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and manage patients through individualized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare
• Maintain a balanced patient population with a focus on both men's and women's hormone replacement therapy
• Participate in seven days of paid remote training to become proficient in clinical protocols and systems

Required qualifications:

• Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant license
• Current DEA registration appropriate for practice in Ohio at the time of application
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number without specialty
• National board certification applicable to the profession
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred
