Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Triage RN - REMOTE, PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hospice department telephone calls regarding active or referred patients
• Accept and process verbal telephone orders from physicians for changes in patient services
• Perform direct patient care home visits as assigned and complete documentation of care provided

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum one year of current clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Valid Ohio Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage upon hire
