Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate the injured worker's needs
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with various stakeholders including clients and medical providers
  • Identify issues related to recovery and negotiate treatment plans to expedite care and ensure timely medical recovery
Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
  • Ability to maintain client privacy and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
