Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate the injured worker's needs
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with various stakeholders including clients and medical providers
- Identify issues related to recovery and negotiate treatment plans to expedite care and ensure timely medical recovery
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred
- Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
- Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
- Ability to maintain client privacy and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
