Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate clients' needs and create case management plans
  • Negotiate appropriate treatment levels and coordinate return-to-work efforts with employers and providers
  • Monitor case progress, measure outcomes, and maintain accurate records of management activities
Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
  • Five years of related experience, including two years providing direct clinical care
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
