Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate client needs and create a case management plan
  • Negotiate and coordinate medical treatment and disability duration with providers and employers
  • Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records of management, including costs and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care
  • Certification in case management or a related specialty is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
