Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to facilitate medical recovery and support injured workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including claims examiners and medical providers
  • Identify and address issues related to delayed recovery and negotiate treatment plans
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of medical and disability duration guidelines
