Job Summary
As a full-time Ohio Licensed Telephonic Case Manager, the candidate will manage initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone, advocate for injured workers, and coordinate medical services in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate injured workers' needs and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with claims examiners, clients, and other stakeholders to build relationships and facilitate care
- Identify and address issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans with medical providers
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
- Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
