Ohio Licensed Telephonic Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time) with an Ohio license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic and telehealth care to patients, coordinating with caregivers and facilities
• Deliver quality care and manage medical and behavioral conditions effectively
• Coordinate care transitions and monitor patient needs while documenting care plans

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio and other required locations
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification through a national board
• Current DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire
• Proficient computer skills for documenting medical information
