Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist - LISW, LPCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide treatment using various evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Ohio: LPCC or LISW
• Eligibility to enroll as a Medicare provider or ability to terminate opt-out
• Reside within commuting distance of Columbus, OH
