Job Summary

Providing essential support to a senior population, the part-time PRN Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update treatment plans, conduct group therapy, and ensure compliant documentation in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to deliver therapeutic services
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to create and update personalized treatment plans
• Document patient interactions in compliance with Medicare guidelines within designated timeframes

Required qualifications

• Ohio licensure in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required
• Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
• Experience in group therapy and individual or family therapy is preferred
• Availability to fill in during business hours (Mon-Fri 9a-5p) as needed
