Job Summary
Providing high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy for patients with substance use disorder, the full-time Ohio Licensed Therapist will deliver individual and group counseling through a remote telehealth model while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and group psychotherapy to clients using a remote care model
- Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with peers and prescribers to support integrated care
- Contribute to the design and improvement of the therapy program and workflows
Required qualifications
- Active Ohio license for independent psychotherapy (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LICDC, psychologist license)
- 5+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with substance use disorder
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional care model
- Comfort with telehealth and HIPAA-compliant technology for clinical care
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to an evolving program
