Ohio Licensed Therapy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Therapy Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentor Directors of Rehabilitation
• Monitor compliance with company policies, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts
• Implement new programs and provide training to facility leaders as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology; advanced degrees preferred
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Therapist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
• Prior regional experience preferred
