Job Summary

A company is looking for an Examiner, Default Preliminary Judicial Report Title Examination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Ohio-based and multi-state real estate title reports for approval or rejection
• Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and logs
• Meet production goals and quality metrics as set by management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior title examination/search experience
• Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 97% accuracy
• Proficiency with computers, software programs, and technology
• Knowledge of real estate terminology
