Job Summary

To support a top healthcare company, the full-time Trauma Registrar will identify trauma patients for the registry, abstract data using TraumaBase, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, working remotely or onsite in Toledo, Ohio.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify trauma patients for inclusion in the Trauma Registry
• Abstract trauma patient data using TraumaBase and assign ICD-10 and AIS codes
• Maintain trauma registry quality, validate data, and generate reports for leadership

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Trauma Registry experience
• Direct TraumaBase experience is required
• 2+ years of AIS coding within a Trauma Registry
• ICD-10 coding and ISS calculation experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
