Job Summary
Fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities for high net worth clients, the full-time Ohio Licensed Trust Officer will manage trust and estate settlement administrations, provide expert counsel, and deepen client relationships while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administers complex fiduciary and estate settlements post-death, ensuring sound fiduciary judgment and compliance with policies
- Maintains and expands client relationships by collaborating with the Field Sales Team and providing proactive client communication
- Identifies and resolves legal and tax-related issues while meeting individual and team sales goals
Required qualifications
- J.D. preferred with specialization in trust and probate estate administration, or 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in personal trust administration
- Working knowledge of investments and securities
- Experience in personal trust administration and probate administration
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales and client servicing team
