Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of commercial lines staff and participate in branch strategy development
• Ensure underwriting profitability, growth, and retention of new and renewal business
• Manage talent responsibilities including employee selection, performance management, and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or commensurate experience
• Knowledge of property and casualty underwriting
• Experience in risk management and underwriting strategy
• Familiarity with compliance management and financial controls
