Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete reviews for admissions, transfers, and payer rules to obtain authorizations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to allocate resources for appropriate care
• Review cases to identify opportunities for improving hospital service utilization

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved NLN accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years acute care nursing experience
• Current RN license in the state of hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations
