Job Summary

Leading a team of Utilization Management Specialists, the full-time Ohio Licensed Utilization Management RN will ensure compliance with authorization processes, oversee quality audits, and coordinate discharge planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to policies for authorization requests and lead communication between teams involved in patient care
• Identify members for care management and conduct audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Document and communicate discharge planning needs, ensuring timely and effective coordination of care

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio licensure
• Must reside within 70 miles of 45229, Cincinnati, OH
