Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vocational Field Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide job development activities including vocational counseling, resume development, and job lead identification
• Assist injured workers with return to work efforts by coordinating with healthcare providers and job sources
• Perform vocational evaluations and transferable skills analysis to identify feasible work alternatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and/or Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) required
• Six years of related work experience, including three years in vocational case management
• Registered Nurse (RN), CRRN, or COHN Certification required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
