Ohio Licensed VP of Pricing
Job Summary
Leading the strategy for P&C Advanced Pricing and Segmentation, the full-time Ohio Licensed VP of Pricing will drive analytics, automation, and system modernization while collaborating with finance, actuarial, and business partners to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the vision and strategy for actuarial analytics and transformation within P&C Finance
- Ensure alignment with business leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize pricing sophistication efforts
- Lead the design and implementation of analytical tools and scalable process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, or related field
- FCAS designation required
- At least ten years of financial experience, with 5-8 years post-FCAS experience
- Deep knowledge of finance and pricing processes for P&C products
- Strong project management and change management skills
