Ohio Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist to provide patient-first healthcare in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive and proactive patient experience
• Investigate and resolve patient issues using the HEART model
• Perform patient registration, scheduling, and maintain confidential patient information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with one year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute or demonstrate personal computer keyboard skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Physical ability to operate a PC and other office equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to navigate various locations in a fast-paced environment
