Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to manage and execute day-to-day People Operations and support post-M&A integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support post-acquisition integration efforts, including employee education on new benefits and policies
  • Lead onboarding and cultural assimilation efforts for transitioning employees
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters and provide conflict resolution expertise
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting M&A integration efforts
  • At least 3 years of experience in people operations, preferably in a rapidly growing organization
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & SharePoint; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
