• Adjudicate or readjudicate claims while managing defect reduction and supporting department initiatives for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role in claims or customer service settings
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Research and data analysis skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
